Responsibilities
Assist the Corporate Equipment Manager with every-day, hands-on duties with equipment including:
- Placing asset tags on new equipment and logging them in Asset Tracking software, auditing.
- Keeping the equipment room organized, cleaning and re-stocking incoming equipment from the field, returns and repairs. Sending equipment to regional offices using FedEx shipping software, a scale, making labels.
- Boxing and unboxing equipment for transfer or shipping.
- Minor equipment repairs, including battery replacement, cable testing, etc.
- Drive company vehicles to vendors around Austin to pick up/drop off new and repaired equipment
- Assist in the delivery of equipment and vehicles to regional offices - light travel possible.
- Excellent communication skills a must.
Qualifications
• HS or equivalent necessary.
• Technical or vocational school a plus.
• Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
• *Valid Driver’s license
• Adept at Windows and iPhone use. Electronic communication including email and text.
