About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable and hands-on Building & Grounds Maintenance Technician II to support the day-to-day upkeep of our facilities. In this role, you’ll help ensure our buildings and grounds are safe, functional, and well-maintained by performing routine maintenance, addressing repairs, and supporting overall facility operations.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment for employees and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and taking pride in maintaining high-quality spaces.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings, systems, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
- Perform maintenance and basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to complete repairs and maintenance work.
- Maintain facility grounds, including lawn care, landscaping, and snow removal.
- Respond to maintenance requests and urgent issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with facility improvements, renovations, and space setups.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2+ years of facilities, maintenance, or building operations experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance practices.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills for tracking work orders and maintenance records.
