Position Description

Provides office services by implementing administrative systems and procedures. Monitors administrative projects for faculty and staff in the assigned academic area.

Major/Essential Functions

  • Assist with monitoring Registrar inbox
  • Responsible for graduation procedures for the School of Health Professions
  • Process transcripts through various electronic services such as SPEEDE, WES, JST, etc.
  • Assist with temp file processing
  • Process identity and income tax verification requests
  • Process cash receipts for scholarships
  • Process Oath of Residencies for the School of Health Professions
  • Verify and audit graduate students admitted to the School of Health Professions
  • Assists with the Title IV return of funds process for HSC
  • Process incoming mail for Registrar and Financial Aid
  • Process registration changes for School of Health Professions
  • Process documents certifying academic history, enrollment history, graduation records and loan deferments for the School of Health Professions


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one (1) year related experience; OR a combination of related education and/or experience to equal five (5) years.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Registrar's office or Health Sciences Center preferred
  • Banner or other student information system experience preferred
  • Experience with scanning and indexing documents. Knowledge of FERPA
