We currently have an exciting opportunity for Product Manager II, Store Commerce, responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for Tailored Brands’ in-store commerce platforms, including Point of Sale (POS), Mobile Point of Sale (mPOS), and the Custom and Tailoring mobile applications. This role partners across business and technology to deliver innovative solutions that improve associate productivity, enhance the customer experience, and enable the future of omnichannel retail. This role owns one or more product domains, translating business needs into product solutions, prioritizing work with engineering teams, and ensuring product investments deliver measurable business value.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities 
• Define product vision and success metrics.
• Own the product roadmap for Elevate Stores and assigned store commerce capabilities, prioritizing the roadmap based on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility.
• Identify market trends and competitive opportunities.
• Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Partner with Engineering, UX, and Architecture throughout the product development lifecycle, from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support product releases by coordinating testing, change management, training, and business readiness activities.

Product Discovery & Analysis
• Gather and analyze customer, associate, and stakeholder feedback to identify product opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs, product adoption, operational metrics and customer feedback to measure product success and inform roadmap decisions.
• Develop business cases and recommendations that balance customer value, business impact, and technical complexity.
• Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve the store associate productivity and customer experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define product requirements and align priorities.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and build alignment across competing business priorities.
• Communicate roadmap updates, feature status, and product decisions to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with vendor partners as needed to support product delivery, platform enhancements, and production product support.
• Build strong relationships across product, engineering, operations, and support teams. 
• Deliver high-quality product enhancements that improve store operations and customer experiences.
• Deliver roadmap commitments that achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Drive adoption of new product capabilities.
• Build trusted partnerships across business and technology teams.
• Use data, customer insights, and industry research to continuously improve assigned products.
• Contribute to the evolution of Tailored Brands’ store commerce platform while supporting strategic business objectives.

What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably supporting enterprise software or retail technology solutions, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing software products through the full product lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with retail Point of Sale (POS) or other store technology platforms.
• Knowledge of omnichannel retail processes and store operations.
• Experience with payments, promotions, loyalty, inventory, or order management systems.
• Experience using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

The starting salary for this position is $93K – $127K. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, and qualifications. Over time, and subject to performance, tenure, and evolving responsibilities, total compensation for this role may grow to as much as $160K. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.

 Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands 
• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
• Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
• Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from our corporate Dublin, CA office, we will consider qualified candidates for remote employment outside of this location.
