Commercial Real Estate Paralegal (Part-Time)

Location: New Rochelle, NY 10801

Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 15 Hours per Week

Work Arrangement: Onsite 2-3 Days Per Week

Pay Rate: $38.00-$42.00 per Hour

Robert Half Legal is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a part-time opportunity with a respected real estate firm in New Rochelle, New York. This position will provide critical support to the legal and real estate team by assisting with commercial real estate transactions, leases, contracts, closing documents, and general legal paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of commercial real estate leases, contracts, agreements, and related legal documents.
• Support commercial real estate closings by coordinating and maintaining closing documentation.
• Provide coverage and backup support for legal and administrative paperwork.
• Track key dates, deadlines, and obligations related to leases and agreements.
• Maintain physical and electronic real estate files and records.
• Coordinate with attorneys, brokers, tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders as needed.
• Assist with document management and execution processes.
• Conduct basic legal and property-related research when necessary.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in commercial real estate.
• Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions and closings.
• Strong understanding of leases, contracts, agreements, and related legal documentation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
• Ability to work independently in a part-time, onsite environment.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience preferred.
