SOP Writer

• Create, revise, and standardize SOPs, process documents, work instructions, and related materials
• Gather information through interviews, workflow reviews, and collaboration with stakeholders
• Translate complex processes into clear, concise, and easy-to-follow documentation
• Ensure documents align with company standards, regulatory requirements, and operational needs
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and formatting consistency
• Maintain version control and document management processes
• Review existing procedures and recommend updates to improve efficiency and usability
• Support audits, training initiatives, and process improvement efforts through accurate documentation
• Organize and maintain SOP libraries and related reference materials

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, Technical Writing, or a related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in SOP writing, technical writing, process documentation, or a related role
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to understand and document complex workflows
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Familiarity with compliance-driven environments is a plus
