Data Entry Clerk
We are looking for a detail-focused Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania for a fully onsite Contract position. This role will support a short-term six-week assignment, with the possibility of extension, by organizing and inputting customer contract information with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with spreadsheets, handling administrative records, and maintaining a high level of precision in a fast-paced office setting.
Responsibilities:
• Examine customer monitoring agreements and related documentation to identify required account details for entry.
• Transfer contract and customer information into designated Excel templates while ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Record key account details such as customer names, service addresses, and agreement terms in the appropriate files.
• Verify entered information against source documents and resolve inconsistencies before finalizing records.
• Maintain organized digital records and follow established procedures for handling sensitive business information.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to support daily data processing tasks and assist with project-related documentation.
• Contribute to implementation support activities by preparing clean and reliable data for internal use.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related office-based role.• Strong typing skills with the ability to enter both text and numeric information accurately.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to review documents carefully and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Comfortable working onsite in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania for the duration of the assignment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with internal team members.
