Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a high-volume Contract Recruiter to support a rapidly growing logistics and parcel delivery organization based in Bloomingdale, IL. This fully remote role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives on operations-focused hiring and can keep pace with an organization scaling across multiple markets. The primary focus will be recruiting warehouse and hub-based talent, with backup support for driver recruiting and occasional assistance on sales and technology hiring. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, highly organized, and experienced in high-volume, fast-moving recruiting environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for warehouse, hub, and other operations-based roles including associates, dispatchers, and managers to support new and expanding locations across multiple markets
• Source, screen, and move candidates through the interview process efficiently, partnering closely with hiring managers to align on priorities and keep requisitions moving
• Provide backup recruiting support for driver hiring (1099 and company-employed) and occasional support for sales and technology roles
• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruiting activity in Paycom
• Stay organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple open reqs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Qualifications:

• Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments
• Previous recruiting experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations hiring
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication/relationship-building skills
• Experience with Paycom strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment

Compensation

$30.00-$32.00 Hourly
