Treasury Consultant

We are looking for a Treasury Consultant to support daily cash management and payment execution for a Contract position based in Fort Worth, Texas. This role will focus on bank-related treasury activities, weekly cash reporting, and invoicing support tied to customer account debits. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with treasury operations, online banking platforms, and strong spreadsheet skills to help maintain accurate and timely financial processing.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the release of approved accounts payable transactions to banking platforms for timely processing.
• Prepare and distribute weekly cash activity reports to provide visibility into fund movements and balances.
• Support the recurring invoicing cycle, including activities related to customer account debits through designated payment channels.
• Monitor treasury operations to help ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal approval workflows.
• Use Excel to organize financial data, reconcile activity, and produce clear reporting for stakeholders.
• Work with online banking tools to manage payment activity and assist with day-to-day cash administration.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and keep treasury-related transactions on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in corporate treasury, treasury operations, or a closely related finance function.
• Practical knowledge of online banking systems and electronic payment processing.
• Ability to manage cash activity reporting and support routine cash flow tracking.
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to analyze, organize, and reconcile financial information.
• Experience handling accounts payable-related payment submissions in a controlled environment.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks and Bill.com is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation

$47.50-$55.00 Hourly
