Human Resources Recruiter (Temporary)

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (100% In-Office)

Assignment Length: 6-12 Months


Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Recruiter to join a dynamic HR team on a temporary basis. This individual will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting while supporting a high volume of open positions through the hiring process. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has experience partnering with hiring managers while utilizing applicant tracking systems to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
  • Handle a high-volume requisition workload while ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience.
  • Create, post, and optimize job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
  • Coordinate with external advertising partners to ensure accurate and effective job postings.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment priorities.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics between candidates and interview teams.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process regarding application status, interview scheduling, next steps, and hiring decisions.
  • Provide hiring managers with regular updates on candidate pipelines and recruitment progress.
  • Manage job requisitions within Workday, including opening, updating, and closing positions.
  • Support offer management and pre-employment activities, including background checks.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking data, and recruiting spreadsheets.
  • Utilize Workday and Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Forms, Lists, OneDrive, OneNote, and Planner.
  • Assist with recruitment marketing efforts and support targeted social media campaigns for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and status updates for leadership.
  • Follow established recruitment procedures while ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and organizational policies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and workflow efficiencies.
  • Represent Human Resources at career fairs, recruiting events, and community outreach activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Qualifications Required

Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of professional Human Resources experience or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Public Administration, Sociology, Psychology, or a closely related field, plus 1 year of professional Human Resources experience


Qualifying Human Resources experience may include one or more of the following:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
  • Job Analysis
  • Position Classification
  • Compensation and Benefits Administration
  • Civil Rights Administration
  • Payroll Administration

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Professional HR certifications such as:
  • PHR or SPHR
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP

Compensation

$20.00-$25.00 Hourly
