Office Manager
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate calendars by arranging meetings, appointments, and related scheduling needs for the office and leadership team.
• Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to gather updates, confirm next steps, and help keep activities moving forward.
• Maintain organized administrative files, company records, and supporting documentation for day-to-day office operations.
• Manage filing systems and ensure office documents are stored accurately and can be retrieved efficiently when needed.
• Provide direct administrative assistance to leadership and other internal stakeholders.
• Support routine office functions while contributing to special assignments and priority projects as needed.
• Help oversee front-desk and receptionist-related tasks to ensure a well-organized and responsive office environment.
• Monitor office supply levels, place orders when needed, and maintain appropriate stock for daily operations.
• Assist with accounts payable support by organizing invoices and helping track administrative financial paperwork.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or office management capacity is preferred.• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with vendors and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and adjust priorities effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and comfort learning company-specific systems and tools.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid, part-time schedule while maintaining consistent follow-through.
• Experience handling office supply management, general receptionist duties, or accounts payable support is a plus.
Compensation
