Attorney/Lawyer

Job Title: Estate Planning Attorney (Licensed in DE, HI, ID, KS, ME, MD, MI, Microsoft, MT, NM, ND, SD, UT, VT, WV, or WY) Location: Fully Remote Compensation: $100/hour Engagement Length: 2-10 Hours Total (Project-Based Contract)   Robert Half is partnering with an innovative legal technology startup that is preparing to launch a groundbreaking estate planning platform designed to make estate planning accessible and affordable for millions of Americans.
Our client is seeking licensed Estate Planning Attorneys in the following states to participate in a short-term, paid legal review project: Delaware Hawaii Idaho Kansas Maine Maryland Michigan Mississippi Montana New Mexico North Dakota South Dakota Utah Vermont West Virginia Wyoming
This engagement offers a flexible opportunity to review and provide feedback on state-specific estate planning templates from the convenience of your home or office.   Responsibilities Review estate planning documents and templates for compliance with state-specific laws and requirements Provide redline edits and recommendations to improve legal accuracy Identify any state-specific considerations that should be included in template documents Collaborate with the client's legal and product teams as needed Deliver practical, business-focused feedback within agreed-upon timelines

Qualifications:

Qualifications Active attorney license in one of the listed states Experience practicing estate planning, trusts, wills, probate, or related areas of law Strong document review and drafting skills Ability to independently review legal templates and provide clear written feedback Comfortable working remotely and meeting project deadlines

Compensation

$95.00-$100.00 Hourly
