HVAC Service Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Organize and schedule preventative maintenance and service visits for customers, ensuring technicians are assigned efficiently and appointments are properly tracked.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound customer calls, providing updates on appointment timing, service status, and general support needs.
• Maintain service calendars and adjust schedules as priorities change to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Enter, update, and manage customer information, service records, and appointment details with a high degree of accuracy.
• Provide office and administrative support that helps the service department operate in an organized and timely manner.
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal team members to support responsive service delivery.
• Assist with routine administrative tasks and other assigned duties that contribute to overall workflow efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in scheduling, dispatch, customer support, or administrative coordination is required.• Background in HVAC, construction, field service, or a similar service-based industry is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities effectively.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented customer service approach.
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and schedules.
• Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with office and service team members.
• Proficiency with standard office software, calendar management tools, and phone-based customer communication.
Compensation
