HRIS Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst with strong UKG expertise to support and optimize HR systems and processes. This role will be responsible for maintaining HRIS data integrity, supporting system configuration and reporting, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with HR and business teams to improve system functionality and user experience.

• Maintain, support, and optimize the HRIS platform, with a strong focus on UKG
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits, reporting, and system maintenance
• Assist with HRIS upgrades, enhancements, testing, and implementations
• Create and maintain standard and ad hoc HR reports
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to streamline processes and improve system efficiency
• Document system procedures, workflows, and best practices
• Support compliance with company policies and data governance standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of related HRIS experience
• Hands-on experience with UKG required
• Strong understanding of HR systems, reporting, and data management
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
• Must work onsite Monday through Friday
