Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests, clients, and delivery personnel while ensuring the front desk remains organized and inviting.
• Handle high-volume inbound calls through a multi-line phone system and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail, shipments, and packages in a timely manner.
• Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and help manage meeting space availability.
• Complete clerical work such as data entry, document scanning, filing, and record upkeep.
• Provide administrative assistance to office personnel and project teams as needed throughout the day.
• Monitor office supply levels, place orders, and keep materials stocked for daily operations.
• Maintain neat reception, lobby, and shared office areas to support an orderly workplace.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role.• Strong verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with visitors and callers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced office setting.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with solid organizational and recordkeeping abilities.
• Detail-oriented demeanor, dependable attendance, and a consistent work ethic.
• Background in construction, contracting, property management, or a related field is helpful.
• Availability to start immediately is preferred.
Compensation
