Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
• Review submitted forms and supporting paperwork for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies before processing.
• Prepare and distribute outbound correspondence and documentation, ensuring each item is aligned with internal procedures and timing requirements.
• Examine policy and contract details to confirm benefit coverage, participant status, and eligibility outcomes.
• Validate spouse-related fee information and forward confirmed items to the appropriate team for further handling.
• Generate recurring reports for internal teams and external partners to support operational tracking and follow-up.
• Maintain and update termination-related records so account information remains current and accurate.
• Respond to customer inquiries through inbound and outbound communication, providing clear assistance and status updates.
• Support additional service and administrative tasks as needed to help meet team goals and daily workload demands.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar high-volume service environment.• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls professionally while delivering accurate information.
• Experience handling forms, records, or order entry with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable reviewing documents and applying established rules, policies, or benefit-related guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Proficiency with standard office systems and the ability to work across multiple screens or applications.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
Compensation
