Front Desk Coordinator
Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and provide a courteous, attentive experience from arrival through departure.
• Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries appropriately, and take accurate messages when needed.
• Prepare meeting spaces before scheduled gatherings and restore rooms afterward to maintain readiness for the next use.
• Keep shared office areas, including the break room, clean, organized, and properly supplied throughout the day.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for office materials to support uninterrupted daily operations.
• Enter and update information in office records with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Sort, distribute, and handle daily mail and deliveries in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in a front desk, reception, concierge, or similar customer-facing administrative role.• Proven ability to manage inbound calls and operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a detail-oriented and welcoming demeanor.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced office setting.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate administrative records.
• Comfortable supporting office operations, including supply coordination and upkeep of common areas.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to work a Monday through Friday schedule.
Compensation
