Legal Assistant

Robert Half is partnering is a nationally recognized law firm in the Greater Seattle Area looking for a Legal Assistant to jump in and immediately support their team. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, confidence working in a fast-paced legal environment, and experience handling court-related documentation and litigation support.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit electronic court filings accurately and on schedule for litigation matters.
• Draft legal correspondence, notices related to motions, and other case documents for attorney review.
• Assemble, organize, and manage trial exhibits and supporting materials in advance of hearings and trial preparation.
• Coordinate calendars, track deadlines, and help ensure important court dates and case milestones are not missed.
• Assist with complex commercial litigation matters by handling document preparation and case support tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1+ YOE as a Legal Assistant or similar litigation support role.

The salary range for this position is $30-35/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
