Ecommerce Operations Assistant
We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful Operations & E-Commerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing business. This position is onsite in Avondale, PA fulltime and is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, e-commerce, logistics, customer support, and systems administration. While you do not need to be an expert in every area, you should be someone who enjoys solving problems, creating structure where none exists, and figuring things out independently. What You'll Do
Amazon & E-Commerce Support
- Support day-to-day Amazon marketplace operations, including listings, SKU management, catalog updates, and troubleshooting backend issues
- Help maintain product information and ensure marketplace accuracy
- Assist with e-commerce operational processes across online sales channels
- Identify and resolve issues impacting product visibility, inventory, or order fulfillment
Shipping, Returns & Logistics
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Manage returns and exchanges while ensuring a positive customer experience
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and communicate with logistics partners
- Help improve shipping and fulfillment processes as the business grows
Systems & Technology Support
- Provide basic support for company systems, software, and employee technology needs
- Assist with SharePoint organization, document management, and process documentation
- Support laptop setup, account management, and general technology troubleshooting
- Help implement and improve operational systems and workflows
Operations & Warehouse Organization
- Assist with inventory organization and warehouse/garage operations
- Create and maintain simple processes, documentation, and SOPs
- Identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
- Support cross-functional operational initiatives as needed
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure strong customer outcomes
- Identify recurring customer issues and recommend process improvements
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, e-commerce, customer service, systems support, or a related field
- Experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Amazon marketplace operations
- E-commerce operations (Shopify or similar platforms)
- Shipping, fulfillment, and logistics
- Operational systems and process support
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Self-starter who can work independently with limited direction
- Organized, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working for a startup, small business, or growing e-commerce company
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Exposure to inventory management, warehouse operations, or fulfillment processes
- Experience creating SOPs, workflows, or operational processes
- Basic knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or similar business systems

Compensation
