Workplace Manager

We are looking for a Workplace Coordinator to support daily site operations for a Contract position in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role serves as a key on-site point of contact, helping keep facilities-related work organized, visible, and moving forward efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, and comfortable coordinating with vendors, documenting site conditions, and communicating progress to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor the workplace for maintenance, safety, or service-related concerns and bring attention to issues that require action.
• Open and track service requests or work tickets to ensure facility needs are recorded and addressed in a timely manner.
• Arrange and provide access for technicians, contractors, and other service providers performing work on site.
• Capture clear photos or videos to document existing conditions, work progress, and completed tasks when needed.
• Greet and coordinate with vendors during on-site visits to support scheduling, access, and job execution.
• Confirm that completed work meets on-site expectations in collaboration with workplace management partners.
• Raise unresolved problems or high-priority concerns to the appropriate contacts for further review and action.
• Share timely updates from the site regarding work progress, vendor activity, and outstanding facility matters.

Qualifications:

• Experience coordinating schedules and managing multiple activities in a fast-paced workplace environment.
• Ability to work confidently with several vendors at once while maintaining organization and follow-through.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to answer inbound calls and provide clear status updates.
• Demonstrated leadership and sound judgment when handling on-site issues and escalating concerns.
• Comfortable using basic systems or tools to submit tickets, document activity, and track requests.
• Detail-oriented approach to validating completed work and maintaining accurate site documentation.

Compensation

$20.00-$21.41 Hourly
