Sr. Financial Analyst
We are looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic finance partner supporting key markets in Framingham, Massachusetts. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business leaders to strengthen financial performance, guide planning decisions, and uncover insights that support revenue growth and profitability. This position is part of the Americas Finance team and offers broad ownership across forecasting, reporting, and commercial analysis.

Responsibilities:
• Partner with general managers and cross-functional leaders to provide financial guidance that supports market performance and business objectives.
• Oversee full profit and loss analysis for assigned areas, translating results into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Create forward-looking forecasts and planning models that improve visibility into demand, revenue, and margin performance.
• Design and refine sales quota models in coordination with finance and incentive teams to align targets with business strategy.
• Develop reporting packages, dashboards, and performance metrics using available systems and data sources to support timely decision-making.
• Conduct proactive trend and variance analysis to identify performance drivers, risks, and opportunities across channels and products.
• Support annual operating plan development by preparing financial evaluations, scenario analysis, and leadership presentations.
• Assess new business initiatives, commercial proposals, and channel strategies by building financial models and recommending practical actions.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects and continuous improvement efforts that enhance financial processes and customer outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.• At least 8 years of experience in financial analysis within a commercial business environment, with life sciences experience preferred.
• Strong capability in financial modeling, variance analysis, and ad hoc business analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Office 365 tools, especially Excel, along with experience using business intelligence and reporting platforms such as Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present insights and influence business decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience developing reports, metrics, and data-driven recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Project management experience or the ability to support cross-functional initiatives is a plus.
Compensation
