Director of Marketing
Responsibilities:
• Lead the overall marketing direction, turning business goals into clear campaigns, brand initiatives, and measurable programs.
• Develop and manage content across channels, including social platforms, executive thought leadership, and audio formats such as podcasts.
• Create compelling marketing copy tailored to financial services audiences, ensuring messaging is accurate, credible, and aligned with the brand.
• Oversee LinkedIn strategy and execution to expand visibility, strengthen audience engagement, and support brand authority.
• Apply AI-enabled tools in practical ways to enhance content development, campaign performance, and marketing efficiency.
• Manage marketing technology platforms, with a strong preference for HubSpot experience, to support automation, reporting, and lead development efforts.
• Partner with external agencies and marketing vendors to deliver high-quality work, maintain timelines, and uphold brand standards.
• Track campaign and channel performance using analytics tools, identifying opportunities to refine strategy and improve results.
Qualifications:
• Proven marketing leadership experience within financial services or a closely related regulated industry.• Demonstrated ability to combine strategic planning with direct execution in a fast-moving marketing environment.
• Strong background in digital marketing, brand development, and B2B marketing programs.
• Experience producing or managing podcast content, social media initiatives, and executive thought leadership campaigns.
• Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to craft clear and persuasive content for financial audiences.
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms; HubSpot experience is strongly preferred.
• Confidence using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure performance and guide decision-making.
• Effective vendor management skills, including the ability to collaborate with agencies and external partners.
Compensation
