Email Designer

We have a financial client seeking an experienced Freelance Marketing Designer to provide ongoing project-based support for its marketing team following the departure of a long-term freelance designer. This is a fully remote, flexible engagement supporting a variety of marketing initiatives with fluctuating weekly hours. Workload typically ranges from 1–15 hours per week, depending on business needs, and no guaranteed minimum hours are expected.

The designer will create and update a broad range of branded marketing materials, including:

• Email campaigns (HubSpot experience preferred)
• Social media graphics
• Brochures
• Postcards
• Direct mail pieces
• Event invitations
• Marketing collateral
• Print and digital assets

The ideal candidate is an experienced freelance professional who is comfortable with inconsistent project volume, requires minimal ramp-up, communicates well, and can quickly become an extension of the internal marketing team by maintaining established brand standards.

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience designing and developing emails using HubSpot.
• Strong background in email design with an eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency.
• Ability to manage a part-time workload of 10 to 15 hours per week while delivering approximately 10 emails per month.
• Understanding of responsive email design principles and cross-platform compatibility considerations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback efficiently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work on schedule.

Compensation

$35.00-$45.00 Hourly
