Customer Success Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Customer Success Specialist to join a growing team! If you enjoy working with customers, processing orders, and keeping things organized, this could be a great opportunity to join a growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Enter customer orders accurately into the system.
• Review orders for pricing, quantities, and accuracy.
• Track orders and provide updates to customers.
• Resolve order issues and communicate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records while supporting day-to-day customer needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service, customer success, or call center support roles.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to review orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Comfortable managing email correspondence and handling customer communication professionally.
• Ability to navigate multiple browser windows and systems efficiently during daily work.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to address order concerns and connectivity-related issues.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

$18.00-$22.00 Hourly
