Workers' Compensation, Medical Malpractice & Personal Injury Paralegal (Contract & Contract-to-Hire Opportunities)

Responsibilities:

• Manage case files from intake through resolution.
• Obtain and review medical records.
• Coordinate discovery and document production.
• Communicate with clients, providers, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Prepare settlement packages and trial materials.

Qualifications:

• Experience in workers' compensation, personal injury, or medical malpractice.
• Strong case management and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and records.
• Ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
