AI Product Owner

On behalf of our specialized client, Robert Half Talent Solutions, Technology Division is seeking an AI Product Owner to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions across the organization. This individual will partner with business stakeholders, developers, data teams, and leadership to identify opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, automate processes, and enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the AI product roadmap and backlog
• Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and functional requirements
• Partner with developers, data engineers, and business leaders to deliver AI solutions
• Identify opportunities for Generative AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives
• Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product reviews
• Define success metrics and measure business impact of AI initiatives
• Drive user adoption and change management efforts
• Communicate product vision, priorities, and progress to key stakeholders

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or related experience
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Understanding of AI, Generative AI, machine learning, or data-driven products
• Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, ChatGPT, or similar AI platforms
• CSPO, PSPO, or related Product Owner certification
• Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise technology initiatives
• Familiarity with data analytics, automation, and cloud technologies
