AI Product Owner

Robert Half Talent Solutions, Technology Division, is recruiting on behalf of our client for an AI Product Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technology professional who combines software engineering expertise with experience building and deploying AI-powered solutions in production environments.

The ideal candidate will help design, develop, and operationalize AI-driven products that enhance analytics, automation, and business decision-making capabilities while partnering closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled products and capabilities using generative AI technologies.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Develop conversational AI, intelligent agents, workflow automation, and decision-support capabilities.
• Create and support AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI and related technologies.
• Establish best practices around AI development, monitoring, governance, and production readiness.
• Ensure AI products are secure, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with responsible AI principles.
• Help define product success metrics and drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Experience deploying AI or Generative AI solutions into production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, document intelligence, conversational AI, or AI agent technologies.
• Strong development experience with Python and/or .NET.
• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise application development.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building customer-facing AI products or AI-enabled software solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, or AI agent frameworks.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or conversational analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of transportation, logistics, supply chain, or analytics platforms.
• Experience translating business challenges into scalable AI product solutions.

Compensation

$140,000.00-$155,000.00 Yearly
