Real Estate & Transactional Paralegal (Contract & Contract-to-Hire Opportunities)

We are actively seeking experienced Real Estate and Transactional Paralegals for upcoming contract and contract-to-hire opportunities with law firms and corporate legal departments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review real estate and transactional documents.
• Coordinate closings and maintain closing checklists.
• Review title commitments and surveys.
• Draft contracts, deeds, and corporate documents.
• Communicate with clients, lenders, and third parties.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Experience supporting commercial and/or residential real estate transactions.
• Corporate and transactional experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and document management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and transactions simultaneously.
