Compliance & Regulatory Professional (Contract & Contract-to-Hire Opportunities)

We are actively building a network of compliance and regulatory professionals for contract and contract-to-hire opportunities with law firms, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, government contractors, and corporate legal departments.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Assist with compliance audits, risk assessments, and internal reviews.
• Develop, update, and maintain policies and procedures.
• Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and regulatory filings.
• Partner with legal, HR, operations, and leadership teams to ensure compliance initiatives are implemented effectively.
• Support training and compliance education programs.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Experience in compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, legal operations, or a related field.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to industries such as healthcare, financial services, government contracting, privacy, or corporate compliance.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred Experience:

• Compliance certifications (CRCM, CHC, CCEP, or similar) are a plus.
• Experience conducting audits, investigations, or policy reviews.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting and documentation requirements.
