Compliance & Regulatory Professional (Contract & Contract-to-Hire Opportunities)
Are you the person others rely on to navigate regulations, mitigate risk, and keep organizations compliant in a constantly evolving environment? We are actively building a network of compliance and regulatory professionals for contract and contract-to-hire opportunities with law firms, financial institutions, healthcare organizations, government contractors, and corporate legal departments.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Assist with compliance audits, risk assessments, and internal reviews.
- Develop, update, and maintain policies and procedures.
- Investigate compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and regulatory filings.
- Partner with legal, HR, operations, and leadership teams to ensure compliance initiatives are implemented effectively.
- Support training and compliance education programs.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Experience in compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, legal operations, or a related field.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to industries such as healthcare, financial services, government contracting, privacy, or corporate compliance.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Preferred Experience:
- Compliance certifications (CRCM, CHC, CCEP, or similar) are a plus.
- Experience conducting audits, investigations, or policy reviews.
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and documentation requirements.
