Accounts Payable Representative

Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative to support daily accounting operations and ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time. What You'll Do:

• Process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently while ensuring proper coding and approvals.
• Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and other payment transactions.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and work closely with internal departments to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain organized AP records and assist with month-end closing activities as needed.

Qualifications:

What We're Looking For:

• Accounts Payable, accounting, or bookkeeping experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
