Description:

NOVA-Dine is seeking a Senior Network Installation Technician to support physical network implementation and migration activities associated with the DES DODNet MES-NET program.

This role supports installation, deployment, validation, documentation, and troubleshooting of network infrastructure as agency sites transition into the DODNet enterprise environment. The position may require travel to customer locations throughout CONUS and OCONUS regions

Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure network infrastructure equipment.
  • Support network migration and deployment activities.
  • Perform hardware installation, rack and stack, and cable management.
  • Assist with router, switch, firewall, and wireless deployments.
  • Conduct pre-migration and post-migration validation activities.
  • Document infrastructure layouts and configuration changes.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure issues.
  • Support inventory management and asset accountability.
  • Coordinate with network engineers and project teams.
  • Support operational turnover and transition activities.

Qualifications:

  • Years of Experience: 5 years
  • Education Level: Associate degree or equivalent technical experience.
  • Clearance Requirements: active secret
  • Certification Requirements: IAT Level II certification
  • Experience with structured cabling and network hardware.
  • Familiarity with enterprise networking environments.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BICSI certification.
  • Cisco experience.
  • Military or government network support experience.
  • Experience supporting DISA or large federal programs.

Salary Range: $60,000 to $85,000

The compensation range listed for this position represents the good faith salary range Din Development Corporation (DDC) and its subsidiaries reasonably expect to pay for the role, in accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the position's responsibilities, the candidate's education, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and any applicable collective bargaining agreements or legal requirements.
