ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.


Obtain and develop quality loan portfolio with annual performance goals while managing existing portfolio.


Meet with current and potential loan customers.


Inspect equipment, evaluate various types of loan collateral and make written reports.


Monitor, review and analyze loans and the financial condition of existing customers.


Service loan portfolios, to include renewing, extending and collecting loans.


Make lending decisions within designated lending limit


Consistent execution of loan policies, procedures, and regulations.


Research and problem resolution on loan accounts.


Manage Branch Operations.


Personnel administration.


Branch Operation and Loan Compliance.


Manage overtime.


Meet sales goals for Operations and Loans.


Branch Security.


Promote BancFirst services through cross selling banking products to new and existing clientele.


Participation in various community and public events.


Consistent execution of policies and procedures.


Provide exceptional customer service at all times.


Assist with other job-related duties and special projects as requested.

REQUIREMENTS

Extraordinary customer service skills.


Current working knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements.


In-depth understanding of branch bank and its position in the industry.


Ability to manage employees while multitasking large projects.


Critical thinking and reasoning skills.


Able to perform in a highly sensitive environment, deal with confidential matters and meet deadlines.


Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn banking software applications.


Outstanding listening and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Work well under stress and deadlines while managing multiple tasks.


Must always demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor.


Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude.


Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the department.


Excellent work ethic.


Daily attendance and punctuality is an essential function of the job.



PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.


Significant previous experience in the banking industry.


Broad Banking knowledge.


Lending experience.



PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Constant use of computer screens.

Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear.

Intermittently standing, stooping, bending at the waist, walking, kneeling or crouching.

Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday.

Long periods of typing and repetitive motion.

Ability to lift and/or move and carry 10 pounds.
