We're looking for a Business Coordinator to join our team - someone who thrives in a clinical environment and enjoys being at the center of operations. In this role, you'll help keep everything running smoothly by managing key details like hiring, scheduling, purchasing, and compliance-allowing our staff to stay focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

As a trusted partner to leadership, you'll play an essential role in coordinating administrative, personnel, and scheduling functions while maintaining a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. From supporting onboarding and workforce management to keeping day-to-day operations on track, your work will help ensure the department stays organized, connected, and set up for success.

Major/Essential Functions

  • Lead, coordinate, and standardize clerical operations across assigned facilities to support clinical workflows and access-to-care priorities. Ensure minimal workflow disruption due to clerical gaps. Implement standardized workflows across 100% of assigned areas.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise Patient Services Specialists/Business Assistants to ensure competency in administrative, clinical support, and compliance-related processes. Achieve 100% onboarding completion within 30 days for new hires. Conduct training sessions as needed to align with operational priorities.
  • Ensure clerical workflows effectively support clinical operations, including scheduling, patient tracking, and communication with care teams. Ensure same-day processing of sick calls and referrals. Ensure compliance with established scheduling protocols (e.g., PTM standards)
  • Oversee collection, validation, and reporting of operational and behavioral health data to support leadership decision-making. Maintain data accuracy across all required reports. Ensure on-time submission of monthly and ad hoc reports. Identify and escalate data discrepancies within 24 hours. Develop at least 2 process improvements annually based on data trends. Time keeping uploads.
  • Coordinate administrative functions including supply management, travel processing, and communication workflows. Maintain no critical supply shortages impacting operations. Process travel requests within 2 business days. Ensure compliance with procurement and travel policies. Maintain organized documentation systems.
  • Ensure all administrative and clerical processes meet regulatory, policy, and audit requirements (ACA, internal compliance, etc.). Maintain compliance on internal and external audits. Resolve identified audit findings within established deadlines. Ensure adherence to documentation standards and workflows.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years.
