Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customers with prompt, accurate, and detail-focused service in Columbus, Ohio. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, handling high-volume interactions, and maintaining accurate records. The person in this role will respond to customer inquiries, complete detailed data entry, and document account activity carefully within Salesforce.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer calls and provide clear, courteous assistance with account or service-related questions.
• Help customers reset account details and guide them through basic issue resolution steps.
• Enter customer information, updates, and service activity accurately into internal records and databases.
• Record interactions, case notes, and follow-up actions in Salesforce to maintain complete documentation.
• Manage data carefully by reviewing entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Support both inbound and outbound communication as needed to address requests and provide updates.
• Process order-related information and ensure customer requests are routed or completed correctly.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience documenting customer interactions in Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
• Comfortable answering questions, resolving routine issues, and providing step-by-step support.
• Familiarity with order entry or processing customer service requests.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Compensation

$19.00-$22.00 Hourly
