Associate Field Testing Program Manager
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily field testing activities to keep projects moving from launch through closeout while aligning work with established goals and timelines.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and outside vendors to maintain clear communication, support deliverables, and keep milestones on track.
• Monitor tester feedback and operational issues, resolve routine concerns, and escalate higher-impact matters to the appropriate stakeholders when needed.
• Support preparation of recurring program updates by gathering data, summarizing trends, and highlighting progress against key objectives.
• Participate in project meetings, track follow-up items, and help maintain visibility into outstanding actions and overall status.
• Provide timely status communications that reflect risks, accomplishments, and next steps across active initiatives.
• Assist in managing several projects at once while maintaining accurate documentation and close attention to detail.
• Oversee logistics related to getting hardware and product features to test participants so the testing experience remains smooth and effective.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience supporting beta testing programs, research operations, or project coordination within a product, technology, agency, or consulting environment.• Experience handling confidential participant recruitment or coordinating programs that require discretion and careful data management.
• Background in customer-facing or customer service work with the ability to respond professionally and build positive participant experiences.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare presentations and concise status summaries.
• Solid attention to detail with disciplined record keeping and follow-through across parallel projects.
• Working knowledge of technical issue tracking and the ability to bring stakeholders together to support problem resolution and decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Centercode, or Google workspace tools is an advantage.
Compensation
