Facilities Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Maintain pantry, meeting, copy, and common areas so they remain neat, presentable, and ready for daily use.
• Replenish office essentials such as beverages, snacks, paper goods, and copy room materials to prevent service interruptions.
• Prepare conference rooms before scheduled events and restore the spaces afterward to support a positive guest experience.
• Provide hands-on assistance before and after meetings, including room setup, cleanup, and coordination of facility-related needs.
• Monitor workplace conditions and report maintenance concerns, safety issues, or service requests to the Facilities Management team.
• Use facility tracking tools and related systems to document requests, support routine operations, and help maintain accurate records.
• Contribute to a positive office atmosphere by ensuring shared spaces are clean, inviting, and aligned with company standards.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting office or workplace operations in a facilities, hospitality, or administrative capacity.• Ability to manage conference room readiness, shared space upkeep, and supply replenishment with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CMMS or computerized maintenance management systems for tracking service requests or facility tasks.
• Working knowledge of conference room support and general facilities coordination practices.
• Experience using workplace tools such as Kronos Timekeeping System or similar timekeeping platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach when assisting employees, clients, and visitors.
• Ability to handle physical tasks such as stocking supplies, moving light materials, and standing or walking throughout the workday.
Compensation
