Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst

We're seeking a Tier 1 Help Desk Support professional to join a collaborative IT team. This role will provide frontline technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist end users with day-to-day technology needs.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to and resolve Level 1 support tickets
• Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software, and user access issues
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level IT staff
• Provide hands-on desktop and end-user support
• Document issues and resolutions within the ticketing system

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of IT support, help desk, or desktop support experience
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Familiarity with Windows environments and PC hardware
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred
• Degree or equivalent technical experience preferred

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Fully onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA
