Contracts Manager
We are looking for a Contracts Manager to support contract administration activities remotely. This role will focus on managing agreement workflows, maintaining accurate contract records, and partnering with internal stakeholders to keep reviews and approvals moving efficiently. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and experience working with commercial agreements in a structured business environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the intake, review, tracking, and completion of non-disclosure agreements with customers, suppliers, and business partners while ensuring consistency with internal standards.
• Administer contract lifecycle tools and related platforms to support document routing, storage, reporting, and day-to-day legal operations.
• Coordinate approval processes across departments, maintain version accuracy, and escalate legal or business issues when additional review is required.
• Prepare contract data summaries and organized documentation to support audits, compliance checks, reporting needs, and risk assessments.
• Work closely with Legal, Sales, Finance, and Procurement teams to reinforce contract governance practices and policy adherence.
• Provide administrative support for ongoing contract management activities and contribute to process improvement efforts that increase efficiency.
• Maintain well-structured contract files and documentation practices so agreements and supporting materials can be retrieved quickly and accurately.
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on contract management systems by evaluating platform capabilities and participating in testing or pilot initiatives for new features.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field is preferred.• 3–5 years of experience in contracts management, ideally within an in-house legal team or a comparable corporate setting.
• Working knowledge of commercial contracts, contract administration, and contract management best practices.
• Experience supporting contract review and negotiation processes, including non-disclosure agreements and related business documents.
• Proficiency with contract management and workflow tools such as Salesforce, DocuSign, Asana, SmartSheets, or similar systems.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize records, track obligations, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate clearly with legal and business stakeholders.
