Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join a Digital Experience team supporting online retail product content for consumer brands in Austin, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position offers the opportunity to manage high-volume visual updates across major eCommerce platforms while ensuring high-quality, brand-consistent digital assets. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, balancing multiple design requests, and producing web-ready imagery that aligns with established standards.

Responsibilities:
• Create and refine visual assets for online product pages by applying approved templates and brand guidelines.
• Prepare image variations and format digital graphics to meet platform-specific retail requirements and layout standards.
• Produce optimized files for web use, including square image formats and supporting below-the-fold content elements.
• Update banners, product visuals, and related creative components to keep digital merchandising content current and accurate.
• Retrieve approved assets from digital asset management tools when additional source materials are needed for project completion.
• Manage assigned design work with minimal supervision while maintaining quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ongoing eCommerce content needs across multiple consumer product listings.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail, consumer products, or eCommerce environments.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Demonstrated experience creating digital assets for online marketplaces, retail product pages, or branded web content.
• Solid understanding of image sizing, file optimization, and layout expectations for digital platforms.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail when working within established visual standards.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage a steady volume of production-based design tasks.
• Experience using digital asset management systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with Amazon retail content or similar eCommerce workflows is a plus.

Compensation

$33.25-$38.50 Hourly
