Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and daily scheduling needs to help the department stay on track.
• Provide administrative support to department leadership, including preparing materials, handling correspondence, and assisting with special projects.
• Organize and maintain departmental records by filing, scanning, and managing documents accurately.
• Respond to questions and requests from students, faculty, and staff in a helpful and attentive manner.
• Perform front-office and receptionist-related duties, including answering inbound calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
• Complete data entry and routine office tasks with close attention to detail and timeliness.
• Help maintain smooth day-to-day department operations by prioritizing assignments and following through on multiple responsibilities.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role.• Ability to manage calendars, appointments, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for supporting students, faculty, and staff.
• Proficiency in administrative support tasks such as data entry, document handling, and answering inbound calls.
• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Experience in a medical or healthcare-related office setting is preferred but not required.
Compensation
