Qualifications:
Prepare, file, and manage U.S. and foreign patent, trademark, and copyright applications through all stages of prosecution. Draft and file USPTO, WIPO, and related IP documents, including responses, assignments, powers of attorney, declarations, and other prosecution filings. Maintain and manage IP docket deadlines, monitor incoming correspondence, and coordinate with attorneys to ensure timely filings. Communicate with foreign associates, clients, and government agencies regarding filings, deadlines, and prosecution matters. Maintain electronic IP files, prepare portfolio reports, and ensure accuracy of all filing records. Coordinate patent maintenance fees, trademark renewals, and other post-registration requirements. Assist with IP research, foreign filings, national phase entries, and day-to-day administrative support for the IP practice. What We're Looking For 3+ years of intellectual property paralegal experience with a focus on patent and trademark prosecution. Experience handling both U.S. and international patent, trademark, and copyright matters. Working knowledge of Patent Center, TEAS, TSDR, ePCT, WIPO, and IP docketing systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Experience working in a law firm or detail oriented services environment supporting multiple attorneys.
