ERP/CRM Developer
Responsibilities:
• Build, enhance, and maintain PowerApps solutions that support cross-functional business processes and operational needs.
• Create and optimize Power Automate flows to streamline approvals, routing, and other process-driven activities.
• Develop and maintain Microsoft Forms based on user requirements, ensuring usability and alignment with business objectives.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, map current processes, and convert business needs into scalable technical designs.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, and Azure AD, along with selected third-party platforms when needed.
• Troubleshoot existing workflows, investigate process failures, and recommend improvements for complex approval paths and customized logic.
• Establish and support governance standards, configuration practices, and architectural guidance for Power Platform environments.
• Document solutions, business processes, and technical decisions while transferring knowledge to internal staff to support long-term continuity.
Qualifications:
• Experience developing business solutions with Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerApps and Power Automate.• Ability to translate business requirement documents into functional applications, automations, and process improvements.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 integration patterns, especially with SharePoint, Teams, and Azure Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for resolving workflow issues and improving existing solutions.
• Familiarity with configuration management, scalable solution design, and platform governance best practices.
• Experience with API development or system integrations that support connected business applications.
• Background in client-side scripting and working within enterprise application environments.
• Exposure to CRM or platform development tools such as Salesforce Development is a plus.
