Property Administrator
Responsibilities:
• Oversee administrative tasks that support the daily operation of residential and commercial properties, ensuring activities stay organized and on schedule.
• Address resident and tenant questions promptly, delivering attentive service and clear follow-up throughout each interaction.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance requests by working closely with vendors and tracking work orders through completion.
• Support occupancy-related processes such as move-ins, move-outs, lease extensions, and routine resident communications.
• Maintain accurate records for tenants, properties, vendors, inspections, and compliance documentation within property management systems.
• Assist with rent-related administrative work, including invoice handling, document processing, and supporting collection efforts when needed.
• Draft and organize notices, reports, correspondence, and other documents tied to property operations and resident matters.
• Arrange property inspections, monitor related records, and help ensure required documentation remains current and accessible.
• Provide operational support to Property Managers on special assignments and priority projects as business needs evolve.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of experience in property administration, customer service, administrative support, or a related property management setting.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities with strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, vendors, and team members.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with property management platforms such as Yardi is highly desirable.
• Understanding of leasing activities, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and general property operations.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, sound judgment, and discretion.
• Experience supporting residential, commercial, or affordable housing properties is preferred.
• Bilingual communication skills are considered an advantage.
Compensation
