Inventory Coordinator I
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine walkthroughs of designated areas to inspect Kanban bins and verify inventory conditions.
• Complete scheduled cycle counts and investigate quantity variances to help resolve stock issues promptly.
• Record and monitor material activity using inventory and tracking applications with a high level of accuracy.
• Compare physical inventory levels against system data and reconcile differences in on-hand balances.
• Identify process gaps affecting material availability and recommend practical steps to improve flow and control.
• Support inventory audits by gathering data, validating counts, and documenting findings for follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with team members to address material handling concerns and maintain organized stock locations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.• Previous warehouse, inventory, or related operational experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of materials handling and inventory control practices.
• Ability to perform cycle counting, auditing, and reconciliation tasks accurately.
• Comfortable using computer-based tracking systems and maintaining inventory records.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and process consistency.
• Ability to move through operational areas regularly and handle materials as needed.
Compensation
