FP&A Manager

Robert Half Management Resources is seeking an interim, hands-on FP& A Manager to support a global, multi-entity marketing media organization. This role will play a key part in driving the annual planning process, rolling forecasts, management reporting, and FP& A process improvements across the business. The FP& A Manager will partner closely with executive leadership and regional finance teams to build structure, strengthen accountability, and develop scalable reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budget and operating plan process, including developing timelines, templates, and consolidated deliverables.
• Manage the global rolling forecast process and deliver actionable financial insights to support decision-making.
• Develop and enhance monthly management reporting, KPI dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
• Prepare financial analyses and reporting materials for executive leadership and Board meetings.
• Optimize the use of Hyperion HFM, Planning, and Smart View reporting tools.
• Create standardized reporting templates and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Partner with finance teams across North America, Europe, and Asia to ensure timely submissions and reinforce accountability.
• Support close acceleration, forecasting enhancements, and other strategic finance initiatives.

Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in FP& A, corporate finance, or a closely related discipline.

• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting.

• Background supporting complex organizations with multiple entities and global operations.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience preparing materials for executive audiences.

• Hands-on experience with Hyperion, Hyperion Financial Management, Planning, and Smart View is required.

• Familiarity with Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion is preferred.

• Experience with reporting and analytics platforms such as Tableau or Power BI is strongly preferred.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
