BI Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role will be responsible for developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and analytics using Power BI, while partnering with business stakeholders to identify trends, improve processes, and support strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate has strong experience with Power BI, data visualization, reporting, and business analysis, along with the ability to communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into functional analytics solutions
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics
• Create data models and optimize report performance
• Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic and operational decision-making
• Perform ad hoc reporting and data analysis as needed
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms
• Document reporting processes, data definitions, and dashboard specifications
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of Business Intelligence, Reporting, or Data Analytics experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
• Experience creating:
• Dashboards
• Scorecards
• KPI Reporting
• Executive-Level Metrics
• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills
• Experience working with large datasets from multiple sources
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical reporting solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
• SQL Server
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Synapse
• Data Warehousing
• Power Query
• DAX
• Power Automate
• Power Apps
• Experience supporting executive or operational reporting
• Exposure to ETL processes and data governance initiatives
• Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus
