Medicare Sales Specialist

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Support Specialists to join our growing Medicare sales team. In this role, you will guide prospective and current members through the Medicare sales process, helping them select the health plan that best meets their needs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

• Assist prospective and current members throughout the Medicare sales process
• Recommend health plan options based on each individual's needs
• Meet and exceed individual sales and performance goals
• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in a contact center environment
• Ensure all sales activities are compliant with health insurance regulations and company policies
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
• Build rapport with prospects while providing outstanding customer service
• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1–3 years of experience in health plan sales, broker relations, and/or inside sales
• Current Health Insurance License required
• Experience working in a call center environment preferred
