Mortgage Servicing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mortgage Servicing Specialist to join our team in Arlington Heights, Illinois. In this role, you will support homeowners throughout the life of their mortgage by handling servicing inquiries, processing transactions, maintaining accurate loan records, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Assist customers with mortgage servicing questions via phone and email
• Process payments, escrow transactions, and loan servicing requests
• Research and resolve customer account issues accurately and efficiently
• Maintain detailed and accurate loan documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and mortgage servicing regulations
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve servicing-related matters
• Provide professional, courteous, and timely customer service
• Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining attention to detail

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in mortgage servicing, mortgage operations, banking, or financial services preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
