Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, clients, and service guests in a courteous manner and direct them to the appropriate team members or departments.
• Manage incoming phone calls and emails efficiently, providing accurate information and ensuring inquiries are routed promptly.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and assist with calendar updates to help maintain smooth daily operations.
• Support valet and customer arrival processes by helping organize check-ins and communicating with internal teams as needed.
• Partner with the administration and service departments to relay messages, confirm details, and keep workflows moving effectively.
• Enter and update customer or service-related information in office systems with a high degree of accuracy.
• Assist with general front office tasks such as document handling, order-related entries, and routine administrative support.
• Maintain a welcoming reception area and contribute to a detail-oriented, service-focused environment for all visitors.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests, clients, and internal staff.
• Experience handling inbound calls, email communication, and high-volume inquiries in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for everyday office and administrative tasks.
• Accurate data entry skills and the ability to manage scheduling or appointment coordination.
• Comfortable balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a positive attitude.
• Reliable availability to work Monday through Friday during assigned daytime business hours.
Compensation
