Job Summary
Turn Data Into Insights That Drive Strategic Decisions

The University of Kentucky is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join the College of Education‘s administrative team.

This role helps transform financial, enrollment, and operational data into actionable insights that support planning, forecasting, and decision-making across the college. The successful candidate will work closely with college leadership, the Business Center, and campus partners to develop reporting solutions, improve business processes, and support data-informed strategies.

What You’ll Do
  • Analyze financial, enrollment, and operational data to identify trends and support strategic planning
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights to stakeholders
  • Prepare forecasts, reconciliations, projections, and financial analyses for college leadership
  • Support tuition model development and enrollment-based planning initiatives
  • Design and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and develop data solutions
  • Support annual budget processes through reporting, analysis, and error identification
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance operations

Minimum Requirements
