OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Transformation Analyst Lead to join our growing Finance Systems Transformation team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about modernizing business functions - optimizing end-to-end finance processes, and enabling data-driven decision-making through technology, automation and analytics. You will lead complex finance transformation initiatives, work with high-performing project teams, partnering closely with IT and finance leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will work in a fast-paced environment translating needs into execution for sustained results. This role will lead workstreams, develop recommendations that shape roadmap and prioritization decisions, and help translate strategic direction into execution-ready work. This role is part of a staged team build strategy that prioritizes execution capacity and governance foundation in early phases, with leadership structure expanding as the function scales. The Transformation Analyst Lead plays a key role in establishing execution discipline, governance processes, and early transformation outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Leading execution of end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, including current-state assessments, target operating model support, and identification of process and technology improvement opportunities, providing structured recommendations on scope, sequencing, dependencies and risks to support roadmap and prioritization decisions
o Evaluating processes across the finance value chain, including FP&A, Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Close & Consolidation, driving modernization through automation, AI, analytics and systems, ensuring solutions are globally scalable and adoption-ready
o Partnering with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, coordination and clear translation of strategic and transformation priorities, translating approved priorities into workstream requirements, plans and execution support
o Leading structured intake, prioritization and decision support processes to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, aligned and governed before execution
o Leveraging automation and AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize complex information, and support data-driven decisions, exercising sound judgment in evaluating outputs
o Helping establish and maintain finance data governance standards, ensuring changes to processes and systems maintain financial accuracy, data integrity and consistency across reporting
o Supporting alignment between transformation initiatives and SOX / internal control requirements, including identification of risks and control impacts to financial processes, reporting and data, with appropriate documentation
o Contributing to the development of methodologies, playbooks, tools and reusable assets to support the Finance Transformation function
o Supporting the growth of the team by participating in knowledge sharing, onboarding and continuous improvement efforts, including mentoring less experienced team members
o Collaborating with transformation team members, IT and business partners to promote strong governance, controls awareness and consistent ways of working
o Contributing to research and solutions focused on finance transformation and modernization
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field of study OR have 5-8 years of related experience in finance, accounting, information systems or a related area
o Functional understanding across the finance lifecycle, including Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, FP&A, Close & Consolidation, Financial Reporting and adjacent enterprise processes and process optimization
o Strong critical thinking to assess accuracy, mitigate bias, and ensure high-quality outputs
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
o Strong computer skills and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
o Commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement
o Willingness to travel, as needed
o Highly motivated and customer service oriented

o Pass the required drug test (applicable in the U.S., Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Experience modernizing finance processes through automation, AI, analytics and systems
o Experience working on business transformation initiatives, process improvement, data or technology programs
o Advanced analytical and data visualization skills; strong Excel proficiency and comfort translating data into executive-ready insights
o Experience integrating AI tools into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity and insight generation

COMPENSATION:
The base pay range for this position is $70,000 - 85,000. In addition to base pay, this position is also eligible for a bonus and/or commission.
